Initial Assessment (1-2hr)
After having spoken to you, I would like for us to meet and get to know each other a little bit to see if we are a good fit. It's vital that we can trust one another and get along. I would then assess the space in question: whether it is your home, office or business, to see what the project or needs entail. We will then identify all the problems and issues you may have.
Written Proposal (1-2hr)
Once I have gathered all the pertinent information, I will draft a proposal for you. The proposal will summarize our meeting and the problems we have identified, a detailed plan of action, and solutions to the problems. It will include an estimate of how long the project will take and will offer you different options to buy. As all individuals and businesses are unique, we will come to a mutual agreement before we begin.
The fee for both the Assessment and the Proposal is $125 (individuals) / $250 (businesses).
